Wage is $39.00 per hour based on education and experience. Includes additional perks such as a bonus and commission.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with staff recruitment, development and retention
  • Develop and sustain customer relationships
  • Provide motivation, directions, discipline and support (i.e. meeting sales objectives, branch organization, staff performance and conflict resolution)
  • Keep abreast of our products, services and policies
  • Effectively and efficiently resolve customer and staff concerns
  • Work with Sales staff to maintain and develop sales leads
  • Complete reporting accurately and on time
Essential:
  • Previous Management experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Maintains professional and respectful demeanour in stressful situations
  • Highly organized and adept at multi-tasking and time management
  • Familiarity with the plumbing and heating distribution industry
